Had everything we needed in a spacious room with a comfortable bed, a 5 minute walk from the station and accessing the property was straightforward
General cleanliness was a bit hit or miss, especially in the shared kitchen area, one room only had one plate and bowl and one fork whilst the other had three of each and lots of cutlery however, not the cleanest. Both rooms had large cracks in the shower trays that had been patched up not well and leaving us concerned in terms of how much weight either could hold and by the end of the weekend the patching up had started to deteriorate showing the cracks.

The room was perfectly adequate and exactly what we needed. The property sent numerous emails regarding location of key boxes, how to use the things available in the room and were on hand to help with anything at all.
Nothing I didn’t like - the room could have benefit from a small tv if it was for a longer stay, and I couldn’t locate the radiator in the room (we didn’t need it it was almost 30 degrees!) but again if it was a cooler weekend it may have been different

It was cheap for a 1 night stay and had lots of local shops and a wetherspoons. The bed was comfortable. The underground station was only a 10 minute walk away.
The room was not clean as there were hairs in the bed, a burn mark next to the plug socket and the heater was held up by the bed so could not move the bed to reach the plug sockets. When coming back from an event, the door would not unlock and it took around 15 minutes to open. We did not meet any staff.
