Private Family and Business Rooms Harrow Fast WiFi

Shops and restaurants are walking distances. Room has water kettle, sink, plates/bowls, cutleries, cupboards and shower / toilet. Keys are coded and available at locked safe at entrance. Correspondence with establishment was quick.

This place needs a proper cleaner or housekeeper. Cleaning needed especially in the shared kitchen, stairs and a bit more in the room I was in. Don't think the shower mat in the shower room is new or clean. Came here because it advertised as having washing machine and dryer but dryer is broken although I was given a drying rack for the room. Didn't like the rows of rubbish bins by side of entrance, giving a funny smell ; an awful welcome! There is no fan so during the heat wave, it was not fun. Do put at least a fan in the rooms in the summer months.

Ideal place to stay after a gig at Wembley. It's quiet, clean and close to shops and tube trains

The only real issue and it wasn't a big problem was, We booked two rooms but only got the info for one. A couple of quick phone calls and it was sorted

Easy to find, off road parking, easy access via key safe, convenient for shops and restaurants

Nothing to dislike

The public areas had not been cleaned at all. There was fluff, dirt and debris on the staircase and the corridor leading to the room. The room itself was relatively clean but corners in the toilet needed mopping and vacuuming and the shower was not very clean.
