Ground floor location and courtyard that made it easy to store our bicycles. Well provisioned kitchen. Plenty of room in the living/dining areas. Great location close to shops and tourist sites. Easy and simple check-in procedure and clear instructions.
That mattress was very firm and lumpy.

This is a super property but it didn’t feel welcoming at all.
As pictured on the website. No soft furnishings at all — no rugs, no cushions, no lampshade on bedroom ceiling! All the walls were bare. The outdoor area was a mess and univiting. Turn on the heating to welcome people. Esp during the mistral. Add some soft furnishings and art. Leave at least a bottle of water and basics in the kitchen, some products in the bathroom. Decorate to make it look nice.

Great location, quiet area. Close to lovely squares, one is where you can drop rubbish. Clean property, with everything you need (including spices), and a washing machine and clothes airyer. Communal terrace with seating outside patio door.
The main bed is in need of check up (change) as it can be uncomfortable and noisy when moving. Late check-in/early check out not very convenient; perhaps 4pm check-in and 11am checkout.

Amazing location - within the walls, walkable to the train, a park on one side, an active restaurant/night life spot on the other. Good size and generally in good condition.
The only downside is that the place was a little damp and we didn’t get to make the most of the courtyard.
