You should review your manager.
It was close to center of town.
There seemed to be a criminal element in the building. Someone kept propping the street level entry door open. More than once ,entry was blocked by a man who seemed to be trying to intimidate me. The room was dusty when I arrived. I had to change out the batteries in the door lock twice during my stay.

Appartement squatté et sale
Quand je suis arrivé l'appartement était squatté par 2 jeunes filles... le propriétaire (qui n'a répondu que le lendemain) n'a rien trouvé d'autre à dire que "c'est bizarre, la femme de ménage a du oublié de fermer en partant". Quelle blague... l'appartement est globalement en mauvais état, le canapé-lit est taché et inconfortable et les draps ne sont meme pas à la bonne taille, le sol de la douche est jaune au lieu de blanc et il manque des carreaux de carrelage... la table basse est cassée. L'immeuble est mal fréquenté et apparemment les gens peuvent entrer dans l'appartement impunément...

Établissement médiocre.
Établissement bien situé.
Établissement médiocre et très sale, hôte désagréable et ne trouve aucune solution aux problèmes. Fuite d’eau très importante dans la salle de bain, coupure d’électricité répétitive, logement très humide qui laisse une odeur importante. Porte des toilettes cassé, machine à laver non fonctionnelle, manque d’équipement. Indiquer dans l’annonce chambre avec lit double hormis celui ci était un canapé convertible. Canapé, drap de lit et linge de toilette taché et de mauvaise odeur. Ainsi qu’un cafard dans la cage d’escalier. Propreté et hygiène à revoir!
