Make sure to ask about paying for linens

The place was great and clean and Claire the girl who met us was awesome ! The set up not so much But its super secure the place is really clean but they need to sharpen up the arrival and departure part

So when I found this place I was super happy ... then I received a message saying linens were not provided so you have to sign up for something and pay for that ( which I then found in the FINE print but its not the selling feature) ... then you need another app to pay the deposit ... also There was waaaay too much communication before and during my stay. What time will you arrive, pay for the linens, can you confirm the time, what time you leaving. All in all this place is not set up for a short term stay. I had to wait around for 30min before I could leave because you need to predetermine the time you leave ... You can't wake up early and hit the road if you wish. Like I say for a month long stay all these steps would not be bad but for a short stay I was bothered by constant messaging ( thank god I had a plan on my phone ) It was a little over the top. But like I say the place itself is awesome just 8min out of the center. Very secure but the setup for a BNB type thing is not great

Kontakt zur Concierge war perfekt, ein und auschecken problemlos. Tolle Wohnung, alles da. Auto sicher in der Garage.

Die Dusche könnte man von den Ablagerungen befreien.

Apartamento muy acogedor y bien equipado pero con extra costes no incluidos en el precio

El apartamento está realmente bien . Grande, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Tiene inclusive, parking privado. Si no fuera por la parte negativa que expongo a continuación, sería de 10!

El problema está en el suplemento de 30€ que te cobran en efectivo por poder disponer de sabanas y colcha, algo que me parece ruin. Llevo muchos años viajando y nunca me había encontrado algo así. Nadie viaja de hotel o apartamento com las sábanas y la colcha encima, de ser así iría en autocaravana. Lo peor es que te encuentras con la sorpresa el mismo día o día anterior de llegar. Y te exige el pago en efectivo... Nosotros no llevábamos ese efectivo y al final tuve que hacerle una transferencia. Muy decepcionante! Ese coste debería ir reflejado en el precio del apartamento. Está claro que nadie va a dormir sin sábanas. Así que al final, el precio del apartamento resultó ser el más caro de nuestro viaje de 13 días por la Bretaña.

Appartement au top, on s'est senti chez nous.

Très bel appartement, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Très grand balcon, copropriété calme et voisins sympa. La place de parking privative est un gros plus, autrement on aurait eu du mal à se garer dans la rue en haute saison.

Avec notre SUV, il y avait toujours un petit moment de stress à la sortie du parking, en passant le portail. Les choses auraient certainement été plus facile avec une voiture plus petite. Mais ce n'était qu'un petit détail finalement car la place de parking nous a bien dépannés.
