La Kloserie appartement en résidence

Une de nos meilleures expériences à Saint-Malo, où nous sommes venu plusieurs fois en août. Conciergerie de très grande qualité, avec une remise des clés très facile et en personne, avec des recommandations sur les environs par la personne qui nous a accueillis. Appartement très spacieux et confortable, d'une propreté remarquable, et avec tous les appareils électroménagers à notre disposition (cuisine, salle de bains, lessive, etc...). Place de parking, garage à vélos, et grand balcon accessible pour déjeuner ou dîner dehors, ou simplement se reposer. Appartement très chaudement recommandé.

Tout était parfait, vraiment.

We had to pay extra if we wanted bed sheets and towels, something you would normally have included. Small things like some detergent or dishwasher tab was not there, so you have to buy it in the supermarket.

L'appartement est propre et bien décoré, la résidence est calme.

The place was great and clean and Claire the girl who met us was awesome ! The set up not so much But its super secure the place is really clean but they need to sharpen up the arrival and departure part

So when I found this place I was super happy ... then I received a message saying linens were not provided so you have to sign up for something and pay for that ( which I then found in the FINE print but its not the selling feature) ... then you need another app to pay the deposit ... also There was waaaay too much communication before and during my stay. What time will you arrive, pay for the linens, can you confirm the time, what time you leaving. All in all this place is not set up for a short term stay. I had to wait around for 30min before I could leave because you need to predetermine the time you leave ... You can't wake up early and hit the road if you wish. Like I say for a month long stay all these steps would not be bad but for a short stay I was bothered by constant messaging ( thank god I had a plan on my phone ) It was a little over the top. But like I say the place itself is awesome just 8min out of the center. Very secure but the setup for a BNB type thing is not great
