Delightful few days
A bit of a trek down to the beaches but we like walking and a pleasant enough stretch, so didn't bother us - the trade off was that it was lovely and quiet. The lady from the admin office, Valerie, who let us in was lovely; explained everthing and gave us some tips.
Only slight downside was that the balcony was, we think, north- facing and never caught the sun - possibly not such a big issue if weather very hot.

Eine schöne Ferienwoche in Saint Malo
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sie liegt nicht zentral, dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig und man hat keine Parkprobleme.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Cet appartement est spacieux et tout confort dans un endroit calme.
Rien à redire si ce n’est un détail. Il manque une partie freezer au frigo pour faire des glaçons le jour du depart

Jammer van de ontvangst, verder prima accomodatie.
De locatie staat in een rustige wijk, en is goed onderhouden
De ontvangst moet veel beter. De host moet van te voren geregeld worden en als je dan vroeger aan komt is er niets meer te regelen. Wij moesten 3 kwartier is de hitte wachten. Pascal (de eigenaar?) stuurde alleen een cynisch berichtje: succes, en liet verder niets meer van hem horen. Het geld was binnen en kennelijk hield daar de service mee op. Communicatie met Pascal was in het Nederlands, maar in het appartement lagen alleen infobladen in het Frans. Hoe om te gaan met het afval was mede daardoor volslagen onmogelijk. De accommodatie ligt ver van eventuele bezienswaardigheden. Het is niet duidelijk of er vlakbij een bus rijdt.

Parfait !!!
Excellent séjour à la Résidence Brocéliande de St Malo. Appartement lumineux, bien agencé, fonctionnel, propreté irréprochable et literie de qualité, résidence calme et place de parking attribuée. Valérie (de la conciergerie) était là pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée, nous a donné de bons plans restos et découvertes de la région. Vraiment très satisfaite de notre séjour.
