The groundfloor flat is very nice and comfortable, as in the pictures. We had bikes, and we could put them in a bike local in the residence or in the balcony of the flat (which was very practical). Valérie was very helpful for checking in and out (following the times of our ferry). There are some shops nearby. Restaurants are a bit farther (15 min walk).
Saint-Malo intramuros are reachable by foot (30-40 min) or bus. We had bikes anyway.

A bit of a trek down to the beaches but we like walking and a pleasant enough stretch, so didn't bother us - the trade off was that it was lovely and quiet. The lady from the admin office, Valerie, who let us in was lovely; explained everthing and gave us some tips.
Only slight downside was that the balcony was, we think, north- facing and never caught the sun - possibly not such a big issue if weather very hot.

Un appartement comme à la maison ! Tout y est ! Même des jeux pour les enfants ! Une propreté irréprochable et des personnes d'une bienveillance comme on en fait peu. On reviendra c'est sur !
