About this house rental
The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this 64 m² house for rent in the town of Saint-Malo, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a 100 m² garden. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and hob.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, baby bath, dryer, fan.
Outside:
- A 100 m² south-facing enclosed garden
- A 70 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Walk along the ramparts of Intra-Muros with spectacular views of the bay and the Île du Grand Bé
- Stroll through the historic old town: Saint-Vincent Cathedral, fortified castle, typical narrow streets
- Relax and swim at Sillon Beach, just a few minutes' walk away
- Discover Fort National at low tide
- Visit the castle of Saint-Malo, now the city museum
- Visit the Grand Aquarium (located 10 minutes away by car or bus)
