Le uniche note positive sono state la posizione, molto comoda a circa 2 minuti dalla metropolitana, e l'appartamento, in particolare il bagno, spaziosi, dotato di due lavandini.
Le modalità di check-in sono poco pratiche: prima delle 15:30 non vengono fornite istruzioni chiare e non è stato possibile richiedere un check-in anticipato, poiché nessuno ha risposto. Lo staff si è limitato a inviare messaggi preimpostati ed è risultato inesistente anche quando abbiamo segnalato dei problemi. La pulizia era molto scarsa: abbiamo trovato molta polvere sulle mensole del bagno, accumuli di polvere in vari angoli e persino le stoviglie presentavano macchie. Inoltre, mancavano diversi utensili da cucina mostrati nelle foto pubblicate su Booking. Nonostante una richiesta specifica, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con una sola forchetta... L'appartamento presentava anche alcuni problemi di manutenzione: una mensola era rotta, la serranda funzionava male e la doccia era guasta, costringendoci a utilizzare la vasca da bagno.
