Cosy and modern

New and modern Accomodation. Close to public transport. Plenty of space for two persons

Limited number of windows and outside contact. No problem if you use the accomodation for city visits.

Nice

Clean apartment. Friendly host and always available for emergencies. Self check-in was very easy. The center can be reached within 15 minutes by tram 13. We have walked to the center. It takes about 1 hour, but you walk in a nice street. Parking in the street is also no problem, there is always a spot available.

What we didn’t is that there are few ventilation options. Only the door in the bathroom can be opened. The kitchen was also not equipped with all kitchen accessories, such as cutting knives, salad bowl, cutting board. In addition, you cannot shower one after the other because the water gets cold.

Viaggio di coppia per oktoberfest.. consigliato

Viaggio di coppia nel weekend dell'oktoberfest. Sarete vicinissimi al parco della pellerina, in neanche 5 minuti siete al parco. La posizione è strategica perché lungo la strada e nelle traverse ho sempre trovato parcheggio gratuito per la macchina. A circa 10/12 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione della metro "monte grappa" oppure la linea 13 per andare in centro. La struttura è al piano terra, protetta da una saracinesca di accesso, oltre alla porta, ed è di recentissima ristrutturazione. Il bagno è molto pulito e la doccia grande. Se vogliamo trovare una pecca è il fatto che di notte se passa qualcuno che parla per strada lo si sente, e al mattino presto essendovi i bidoni della spazzatura vicini all'area di affaccio al bagno, si potrebbe sentire rumore. Ma queste non sono "colpe" della struttura, che anzi si difende molto bene. L'host è sempre disponibile e premuroso al telefono. Consigliato

Le propriétaire était disponible et attentif. Le logement était spacieux, frais et bien situé pas loin du métro. Toutes les commodités (supermarché, café, restaurant...) à proximité. Très facile de se garer en face du lieu du logement. La climatisation est bien pratique en cette période

Self check in. Proprietario davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Alloggio recuperato da un esercizio commerciale. Aerazione forzata 24/24, sicurezza per la possibilità di abbassare la saracinesca motorizzata

Vacanza a Torino

Nel complesso una buona residenza, per chi vuole passare una vacanza a Torino in una zona tranquilla e non trafficata, e ben collegata con il centro grazie ai mezzi pubblici, a 5 minuti di distanza. Casa pulita e accogliente. Roberto è stato gentile e disponibile.

Consiglio di rifornire la cucina con una bottiglietta d'acqua in frigo e dei tovaglioli.

Самое лучшее место для проживания в городе Турин. Апартаменты расположены возле парка, что очень удобно для занятия спортом. До центра города всего 40 минут пешком. Можно также доехать на метро или на автобусе (за 2 евро). По прибытию хозяин открыл двери автоматически, а ключи лежали на столе. Также на столе был Рождественский подарок (так как я приехал на Новый год). Это было очень приятно и потрясающе! Спасибо большое за заботу! Квартира находится на первом этаже. Она очень большая и просторная. Есть даже чёрный выход из ванной комнаты. В квартире есть полностью оборудованная кухня, кондиционер, стиральная машина, сушилка для вещей, утюг и гладильная доска, холодильник и смарт телевизор. В ванной комнате были средства гигиены как в отеле. А хозяин был очень дружелюбным и готовым прийти на помощь в любой момент. Ему за это спасибо! Я оплачивал через booking и поэтому городской налог нужно было оставить наличными на столе при выселении. Квартира очень светлая и уютная. Я был на Новый год и застал атмосфера праздника в Турине. На улице было очень много салютов и все соседи очень дружелюбные. Район прекрасный: тихий и спокойный с приятными соседями. Заселение и выселение проходило онлайн - очень удобно. WiFi работал быстро и без перебоев. Если буду в Турине ещё, то обязательно останусь здесь. Праздник удался!
