Nicely organized, clean and I liked the quiet area. It's a short walk from Keisei-Takasago station.
The AC was strange... I felt like it wasn't intermittently cooling at night. I spotted two spiders on the ceiling and exterminated them. The host was slow in replying to 2 messages I sent but I managed to figure out the answer before he answered. (It was my fault for not reading the manual properly). It would have been nice to have some glasses or mugs but I couldn't find any.

Location was great and was able to walk around
If there are oil, salt and pepper at least I was able to cook. They didn’t have anything to be able to cook.

The location is a little out of the way which is good as Tokyo can be quite busy. It's also almost a straight walk from the nearbystation. The bed was comfortable, the room is a good size to relax in and keep your luggage.
A small gripe, but the only mirror in the room I stayed in was in the shower room above the sink and is quite small, so if you need to apply any medication to a hard to see area, or if you're a person who likes to apply makeup/check your outfit before going out to something it can be a bit challenging to use.
