Summary:
Enjoy a private indoor-outdoor paradise just minutes from the French Quarter and Garden District.
The house features an expansive backyard complete with a year-round heated pool, indoor/outdoor speakers, grill, tiki bar, and lush garden filled with tropical plants. Inside, you'll find a spacious double height living and dining room, a 85" HDTV, and custom built dining table that seats 10 people.
The Space:
The house has 5 bedrooms, an office, 4 bathrooms, and multiple outdoor spaces. There is also private gated parking for one car next to the house and plenty of free on-street parking for additional cars.
The house is a quick and cheap Uber ride to all of the main attractions in New Orleans and just a 10 minute walk to famous St. Charles Avenue.
Garden District: 3 minutes
Superdome: 7 minutes
French Quarter: 10 minutes
Convention Center: 10 minutes
You can also walk to the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the house to the streetcar.
The Neighborhood:
The house is a quick drive from all of the main attractions in New Orleans, including the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, and the Garden District.

Zee’s Pizzeria. Newly opened pizza place serving the best pizza in the city.
Columns. Classic New Orleans bar and hotel. Extensive outdoor seating overlooking St. Charles Ave and a lavishly decorated bar inside. Great for an evening cocktail or brunch.
Delachaise Wine Bar. Casual bar with extensive outdoor seating along St. Charles Ave.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool is within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only.
Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.
Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking.

This is an excellent property with tons of space for hosting a large group or family. Property owners/managers were communicative, friendly, and accommodating. All our friends who stayed for the long weekend would not stop raving about how amazing the house was.

Wonderful house! Very clean and spacious. Bedding was great. The area was a bit rough and I wouldn't reccomend walking around anywhere, but felt very safe and secure in the house.

This was the perfect house for our Annual Cousins Trip! We had more than enough space to not feel crowded but we also had the space to all gather together when we wanted. The pool was perfect in the New Orleans heat! The host were very responsive and communicative before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great house, the listing and pictures are accurate and the management was accessible and great to work with. They maximized every inch of this house, the back yard is awesome and our family enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again.
