The rental had enough space for everyone. I like it had enough bedrooms and bathroom.
The last 2 days the air conditioner did not work in the bedrooms. The last full day, a heavy storm. The living room roof leaked. I had to use a bathroom garbage pail to catch the rain water.

Space was amazing, fix shower head in main bedroom.
A/C was not properly working and my guest was dissatisfied with the 79 degree condo. We've called 2 days for servicing. Main TV wouldn't work
