Bedroom 2: King Bed & Twin Bed (2nd floor)
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed w/ en suite bathroom (2nd floor)
Bedroom 4: One Queen Bed
Bedroom 5: One Queen Bed
Guest Access:
Keyless entry. Code sent at check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Located in up and coming uptown central city. 5 Blocks from St Charles ave Street car. Easy access and short drive to French Quarter.
Getting Around:
Easy to navigate on foot or bike. Street Car access at St Charles 5 Blocks away. Lyft/Uber/Cab always convenient.
Other Things to Note:
- There is a 3.5% charge on bookings made through home away & our website to cover payment processing fees that cannot be returned in the event a cancellation is necessary.
- Our property is located directly next to a residential neighborhood. We are required to enforce the city’s noise ordinance which does not permit excessive noise outside after 10PM.
- We cannot accommodate bachelorette/ bachelor parties or anything similar. No Parties, Events, Smoking or Pets. Cannot invite guests to the property that are not part of the booking reservation.
- Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check Out-Time is 11:00 AM.
- Pricing fluctuates daily.

Greatly appreciated gated parking. Very low water pressure in kitchen sink which made washing dishes challenging and reluctant to use dish washer. Towels were very comfy. Glad to have iron but dismayed that ironing board missing in action. Lots of dishes and glassware, but inadequate eating utensils - forks and spoons. Great WIFI reception and loved all the TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted. This was a very nice rental and would recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation unit as we did.

The home was perfect for our group; the setup was clean, tidy, and the check in process was supremely simple. The host was always quick to reply, and they made our stay easy. I would highly recommend staying here for folks who want to enjoy New Orleans from the comfort of a home.

Nice renovated house on the inside but the neighborhood was an absolute nightmare! Drug & gang dealers hanging around every block. People laying around on the ground at the store across the street high off drugs etc. Nice house but the community would make it a no to return for me.
