Room was in good condition in a basement. Advertising said that we are renting a whole house. That is not correct - we were renting a room and detached washrooms. There are other rooms on the floor that may or may not be occupied. Also your entry to the room takes you through a main household livingroom. Finally, the room had no heating and my wife got sick. We did find an electric heater in the room, but could have prevented my wife's sickness if they told us about the heater in advance.
Positives: Room and the whole are was very clean, and the owner is a pleasent person.
