Welcome to our charming, cozy 1 bedroom suite with private bath and kitchen, our guests always compliment us about how peaceful our suite and garden are...
We have equipped this suite with love and grace, lots of thoughtful add-ons to create an authentic HOME away from HOME atmosphere.
Our 676 sqft ground floor has been recently renovated, it has lots of light, and a big 200sqft patio to enjoy the garden. This suite has a separate entrance, a total of almost 800 sqft exclusively dedicated to our guests.
Centrally located in the beautiful, quiet Eagle Ridge Neighbourhood, 10 min away from Coquitlam Centre Mall and skytrain, half way to beautiful Coquitlam River + Forests walks and Port Moody Ocean trails.
The suite has:
Gas fireplace, work desk
Modern stainless steel kitchen appliances
Expandable Sofa bed (double) in living room
Queen size bed
Google TV, unlimited internet
Lots of street parking
We are a pet and smoke free household, one of our children is severely allergic to both, if you smoke please do not book our property. No parties allowed.
Our house is smoke free, pet free environment, no drugs allowed on and around the property, we live in a beautiful, safe community and we aim to keep a healthy environment for all of us.
We love our planet therefore we only use eco friendly, biodegradable, bleach free, animal cruelty free cleaning supplies.
This suite is ideal for a single family, max 2 adults 1 child.
This suite (from previous experience) is not ideal for "out of town noisy rendez vous", or for movie sets, our kids live upstairs with us, please be respectful.
Our suite in Coquitlam is located near a green belt and a creek, lots of wild animals live in the nearby forests mostly coyotes, some bobcats and bears, please research the area and the time of the year when you plan to visit. Bear alerts are on mostly in fall and spring.

The suite is small but had everything we needed and beds were reasonably comfortable. We appreciated being able to pull into the driveway and park off the street. And even though we did use the sun porch it is a nice welcoming space for morning coffee.
