Property is on a location that is easily accessible by train, bus and even walking. A few tips that would greatly improve the experience: install a TV, some bedside lamps and one or two additional pots for cooking: Its hard to cook everything with the one pot provided. You cannot use the one burner stove and microwave at the same time as the power will trip.

Great location, incredibly convenient to everything in Port Coquitlam. Very quiet and access to the first trails right next door makes for great walking. Very responsive and helpful host. The unit is a little tired and could do with TLC and a TV

Stayed there for two days. The place is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to the sky train and a strip mall. Check in was easy and painless. The price was fair (paid 114 a night). In terms of cleanliness, the place had a strange odour that was consistent with wet wood or mold. I kindly suggest to the owners to find a solution to it, but overall it was a satisfactory stay.

The property is a little bit outside of Vancouver located. Cleanliness was good, however the walkway to the privat access and driveway was unfortunately flooded thru rain during our stay. Wet feet and dirty shoes included. Public transportation takes roughly an hour to downtown, next train station and stores are within 10-15min walking distance. There is also a Park&Ride ($3 daily), if you don’t like to walk. The interior of the room was a little bit old but still functional. Only an electric heater (fireplace), no AC. Bed was comfortable. The property is good if you are just looking for a place to sleep.

This property is very clean and has all the amenities necessary for extended stay. Available small appliances include refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and counter cook top. A portable washer is also in the unit with lots of space in a walk-in closet for drying clothes. Cleaning products are available as well as some personal items. The neighborhood is quiet with trails.

While our host Fiona was excellent in communication and responsiveness, we had one issue that could not be overcome. The room was once occupied by a heavy smoker and the smell was very apparent. Additionally, while the pictures in the listing are accurate, the first one that greets potential renters was not. Suggest removing this photo to give a true representation.
