This spacious, elegant retreat spans the lower two levels of a 5-story luxury duplex and offers a unique blend of comfort and style, perfect for an unforgettable Southern California experience.
-This listing is for Unit B, which occupies the lower 2 floors of a 5-story luxury duplex style villa. Unit A occupies the upper 3 floors of same building.
- The only shared areas with Unit A are the driveway and our private beach.
A Walk Through Your Stay:
As you enter the villa, either down one flight of stairs from the garage level or through the private side entrance, you’ll step into the first open living space. This level includes:
Living Room: A welcoming space for relaxation, connected to a chef's kitchen.
Chef's Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating, and a sunken wet bar with additional bar seating.
The Osider Den: A second living room featuring plush sofas, lounge chairs, a work desk, and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for entertainment or quiet downtime.
Entryway Room: A small space with a twin daybed, perfect for additional sleeping or lounging, though it offers limited privacy.
Private Balcony: Furnished with a loveseat, chairs, and a coffee table—perfect for sipping coffee while enjoying the ocean breeze.
This level also includes a full bathroom for added convenience.

Descending another flight of stairs brings you to the beach-level floor with three bedrooms and direct access to your private patio:

Second & Third Bedrooms: Queen-size beds that share a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.
Each bedroom opens directly to the private patio, designed for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.

Oh man, what an amazing stay. This home was a true home for this Christmas week. So cozy, so beautiful. Loved every inch of this property. Will definitely be back.

This place is gorgeous! Super clean, photos accurate. Slept 6 adults and 1 child VERY comfortably. Beautiful view. I'm sad I couldn't stay longer it was that nice.

The view is INCREDIBLE! I loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and then walking upstairs to the huge kitchen windows where all you can see is beauty. WOW! Just gorgeous. The house was very clean! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could think of- including appliances … even an ice maker. We only used the stovetop to cook, but it works great. The three bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. There are 2 twin size beds in the house- one in the primary suite and one randomly put in the front entrance. It’s a little weird and I’d never expect anyone to use that space for sleeping.

It’s an amazing property and the shared spaces / duplex concept were well described in the listing. We just got unlucky and the upstairs tenant had multiple guests both nights we stayed and they were loud. They kept us and our kids up both nights which was unfortunate. I don’t blame the host, it really is a wonderful property, we were probably just unlucky.
