-This listing is for Unit A, which occupies the upper 3 floors of a 5-story luxury duplex style villa. Unit B occupies the lower 2 floors of same building.
- The only shared areas with Unit B are the driveway and our private beach.

- **Third Bedroom:** Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
- **Loft Area (Upper Level):** Features a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and a desk/workspace, direct access to Upper Roof Deck.
The middle level is home to the three main bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing a private retreat for every guest. The loft area on the upper level offers additional sleeping space and a fantastic vantage point for enjoying the stunning surroundings.

When you’re ready to hit our private beach, exit your front door, down two flights of stairs to the Unit A entrance for the property’s exclusive beach area, shared only with guests renting the lower Unit B. It’s a serene and easily accessible spot where you can relax, sunbathe, use the fire pit, play corn-hole (as well as other beach toys and umbrellas in the beach. Deck boxes), and more!
Access to the public beach area and Pacific Ocean is just a few properties in either direction, one of which has a ramp and Lifeguard Tower 9 at the end of Oceanside Blvd. Please be advised we do not recommend climbing over the big boulder seawall or “revetment,” which protects all the properties on the block, to access the public beach or ocean.

This villa is amazing with your own private beach, firepit, cornhole, 2 amazing huge balconies/patio area with all the amenities to relax and enjoy the ocean view and the calming waves. Outdoor fireplace, grill, lounge chairs, umbrellas for shade.
You can hear the ocean waves from the 2 master bedrooms, the amazing loft with a desk and its own bathroom.
The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook along with 2 refrigerators, double oven, microwave, Keurig, Expresso machine, tabletop ice machine, a pantry and much more.

If you want to stay "on the ocean," this is your place. 3 levels of a home to enjoy the waves from and literally on the water! Wonderful setup.

The house was lovely and in a great location. The beach is accessible via a short walk down the street (like 2 houses down). The house is situated above the retaining wall of the beach that, during high-tide, waves crash into. When the tide recedes, the beach opens up for recreation. We saw many dolphins, pelicans, gulls, and an occasional sea lion. The house is spacious and has all the amenities needed. Appreciate the stay, would visit again. The only “negative” but not a big deal, is that the driveway is very narrow and parking in it isn’t allowed. There’s garage space available, but you need a very small car to be able to get into it, because of the narrow driveway, so we parked in the street. Again, no problem, and everyone in the neighborhood seems to park on the street as well, so it was all good.
