Curlew Cottage makes an ideal base for a coastal holiday and is very suitable for pet owners with its enclosed patio garden to the rear and proximity of good walks along the coastal footpath. Seahouses village is just a few minutes walk away.

There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
