About this apartment rental
White Pearl Beach1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Romano gym, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The floral gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months
. The apartment has marble floors throughout and is air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with fibre optic WiFi and internet TV with 150 channels in multi languages .
The kitchens is fully equipped with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, oven hob and microwave , filter coffee maker
The price is inclusive with no extras to pay
The complex is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV and there is reserved underground parking.
There is a 25 sq m terrace facing south and overlooking the gardens and pools with sunbeds for all day sun, with a large sunblind if you prefer shade.

Very pleasant accommodation and much appreciated terrace!
The kitchen and masterbed could use an update, but it didn’t ruin our stay. The cockroaches almost did though, but the weather and the rest of the accommodation won!
We hope you manage to totally exterminate all cockraoches out of the appartement as we would love to come back again.

We had a really great stay at this white pearl beach apartment. The property is very spacious with a lovely outdoor terrace and we were very comfortable. The location of the properly is a real highlight, just a few seconds from the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants. The grounds are lovely, the pools very clean and the complex felt safe and secure. The host was very prompt with communication and accommodating.
We would definitely recommend and will return!

The apartment a little to far away from amenities and bus service for us with the up incline making it longer you need transport.
Tha apartment ideally situated for full sun all day and in the best location of White Pebble Beach it is also only a few minutes walk to lovely beach,however the apartment is very tired and lacks a good clean could have done with some cleaning materials went to use the mop and it put more dirt on the floor, the owners need to address this as a filthy mop says it all,no instructions for cooker even the loungers outside were hard work to use, having said all this new loungers were brought on the day we left and I know the owners are looking to make changes, which would then put them at the top where they should be.
