The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My husband and I stayed here for a second year in a row. The location is great if you like to walk around town and not have to rely on using your car. We were not able to park in the condo parking lot which is a challenge in of itself for loading & unloading your car. There is a free outdoor parking lot not too far away but feels like parking should not be such an issue at this price point. The condo is nicely done, and the building is relatively quiet unless you have the windows open or occupants above who are noisy. I recommended to the management company to provide more detailed information on exactly where the unit is located in the building as it is very confusing to find the first time. Vacasa did text numerous times after check in to make sure all was fine. We also were notified the day of check-in that we could get into the unit earlier which was greatly appreciated.

The unit was clean and updated but the property and building were run down and not inviting. We wanted to move to another property after we arrived at the building.
