Convenience is effortless here—two designated parking spots sit just steps from the front door, and everything in town is within a short, easy walk. The grocery store and River Trail are less than five minutes away, and you can stroll to shops, restaurants, and Main Street in under ten. Lift 7 is also within walking distance, giving you quick and easy access to the slopes. Two great restaurants and the neighborhood wine shop are tucked right into this quiet corner of town.
On the main level, the cozy kitchen and living room are filled with natural light, especially in the charming breakfast nook beneath the big picture windows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a small dishwasher—so you can feel at home whether you're making coffee or a full meal. The living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing nights in.

Wonderful and special place to stay in Telluride- walked everywhere and coming back late at night to the Unit was wonderful Attentive host who did everything as advertised and moreOne of our top vacation rentals and will do it again

Nicely maintained and highly convenient, especially to Clark's grocery right around the corner. Perfect jumping off point for all things Telluride. Appreciated the dedicated parking. And friendly host!

Enjoyed the location and it was a cute little condo. However, it was not the cleanest place. The dishes and pans we pulled out of the cupboards were used and not cleaned. There was hair over the tub drain which suggested it hadn’t been cleaned either. Considering we pay a cleaning fee I assumed the condo would be clean when we arrived, not that I would have to clean it as soon as we arrived.
