You'll be a quarter-mile stroll from the base of the Coonskin Lift, providing you with quick and easy access to over 2,000 acres of skiable terrain (as well as mountain bike trails during the summer months). The best of downtown is all around you as well, so you can easily explore the local shops and eateries and finish the day with a walk along the peaceful San Miguel River.

Super comfy and clean apt . Easy walk to downtown and to path along creek . Had everything we needed . Parking is a toss up . We were lucky to get a place but then never left in the car because otherwise it’s 50 bucks a night to park ur car .

Proximity to Clark’s market is so nice! Walk to gondola is easy and about 10-15 mins. Parking is a beast, but wasn’t terrible and we made it work. I’d 10/10 recommend this place for a nice trip to Telluride with easy access to mountain village via Gondolas! Loved it!

Limited parking and amenities, but this condo was exactly where you want to be. Steps from amazing restaurants and historic downtown. Go to “There”, a local restaurant only few steps down the street, for craft cocktails and delicious food! The creek side location was an added bonus and we will definitely check availability for future visits.

The key safe didn't work, and the apartment was left unlocked with keys inside. The comforter was torn and had visible blood stains. Clogged Sink: The bathroom sink was clogged and remained unfixed.Broken Dishwasher: The dishwasher broke mid-cycle, leaving standing water
