The Blue Mesa Lodge and Condos offer centrally located on-mountain accommodations in the heart of the Mountain Village core. Enter the fourth-floor room (with elevator access) into the sitting area, which has a 28-inch TV with a DVD player. There is a small countertop area with a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, toaster, coffeemaker with starter coffee, dishes, and a small seating area for four guests. There is no stove in this unit. From the balcony, enjoy views of the plaza below and San Sofia Ridge beyond the ski lifts. Up the spiral stairs, there are two twin beds in the loft (recommended for children). The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The complex is ski-in/ski-out, just feet from the Lift #1 and #4 ski runs. Need more room? If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - There is no stove in this unit. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. - Please note that units 40A, 40B, and 40C can be combined with adjoining doors if booked by the same guest. - Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
