This 110 m² apartment faces due south and overlooks the Linga slopes.
Spread over 2 floors, the ground floor features:
- A garage for 1 car ;
- A separate WC;
- A windowless bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed;
- Two bedrooms with double beds (160x200);
- A bathroom with shower and double washbasin.
1st floor:
- Living room with TV
- Kitchen open to living room and equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, raclette machine, fondue machine, pierrade machine, electric kettle, toaster, filter and Senseo coffee makers and plancha;
- One double bedroom (160 x 200) with en suite shower room;
- 1 separate WC.
In summer and winter alike, enjoy the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
For your convenience, the apartment has its own Wi-Fi connection.

- Outside parking for 1 car is available in addition to the garage.
