About this cottage rental
Completely renovated family farm of 200m2. Located in the countryside and quiet in our orchard. Omaha beach is 2km away and the hiking trail to get there passes right next door. Ideally located to visit the landing sites or simply enjoy the terraces and have lunch after home delivery of pastries.
Large property consisting of 3 independent cottages (see caption at the bottom of each photo):
-GITE EPERVIER for 4 people
-GITE DUNE for 6 people
-The Omaha Farm 6 people
The cottages are in the heart of a 3-hectare orchard mixing Caen stone and modern comfort, you will come and taste the calm of nature and the cider of our production. Ideally located 800 m from Omaha beach and the American Cemetery, the Rentals are in the center of the historic sites of the D-Day landings between the Pointe du Hoc and Arromanches.
The space offers freedom of play for children.
Included in our service: Towels and household linen, sheets.
Heating is offered up to 40€ and beyond that an additional charge will be 0.20€/kwh.
Wood stove available. Price of the wooden basket 5€
Numerous museums on the D-Day landings, or sports activities related to the sea and sailing.
In the surrounding area, the cathedral of Bayeux and its famous tapestry of William the Conqueror will charm you, as well as the small fishing port of Port en Bessin, 7 km from your rental.

Excellent standard of accommodation. Overall fitted our needs very well. Some minor issues for example, 1 bedroom didn’t have any blinds or curtain and items such as glassware/ mugs were of a poor standard and only just enough for 5 guests. Those issues aside we would definitely recommend the property

The house was wonderful and newly renovated, the garden was big, the area offered a lot of places to go, things to se and do.
We would love to come back again 🙂
