Very small and worn out place

The view from the flat is really nice

The flat is very small and the furniture old and worn. The only sleeping place is a fairly uncomfortable fold out sofa bed in the living space. There was a lot of clutter and personal items from the owner, including some muddy and quite smelly boots above the entrance door. The 80€ cleaning fee feels very steep, also considering that the host requires an extra 15€ if you want to have towels and sheets (this information does not show in the English version of the listing description). There is no internet connection in the property (for the price paid, perhaps it could be there). In general, not great value for money.

Lift which serviced the apartments not working for duration of stay. Not the fault of the apartment owner but the building administrators should have addressed this issue. WiFi would have been nice. Even if I'd had to pay a small daily rate for the login details. I had a problem with potential fraud on my credit card (hire car co) so hung on my mobile phone for 40 minutes to UK (not in my contract). Gave up in the end after increasing my price cap twice. WiFi would have been so useful even at a nominal charge.
