We had to bring our own towels and bed linen as it was an extra charge for them. 25€ per person. In the booking.com details we had them included in the total cost but apparently there weren’t any.

We thought one of the rooms has 2 single beds but it was only one single bed and another room with a bunk bed. not a big issue anyways.

Piacevole soggiorno, con qualche piccolo intoppo che l'host ha saputo subito gestire.

Posizione ottimale se tutto il gruppo/famiglia scia, perché l'appartamento è situato a ridosso di 2 piste, una rossa e una nera con le quali raggiungere il primo impianto di risalita, quello della Panciana. Cucina attrezzata, bagno comodo. Posizione tranquilla e poco rumorosa.

Attenzione se avete qualcuno che non scia questo appartamento potrebbe essere un problema. All'interno ci sono delle scale che portano alla zona notte un pò ripide, se avete qualcuno con difficoltà di deambulazione o simili non è l'ideale. L'impianto di riscaldamento è un pò vecchio e quindi rumoroso, le prime notti può dare fastidio, poi la stanchezza che ci si porta dietro dalle piste vince su tutto.

Funzionale e comodo.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Marilleva 1500 in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento è sicuramente datato, come già riportato da altri, ma al tempo stesso è funzionale e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Alcune parti sono state rinnovate di recente, come il bagno, molto comodo e moderno. Lo stile è rustico, perfettamente in linea con il contesto di montagna: non ci si deve aspettare un resort di lusso, ma un alloggio semplice, accogliente e coerente con l’ambiente naturale circostante. Un aspetto che ci ha colpiti è stata l’efficienza del servizio: avevamo un piccolo problema con una finestra e in pochi minuti il custode è arrivato a sistemare tutto. La posizione è ottima, immersa nel verde e a contatto con la natura, con grande comodità per raggiungere gli impianti. In più siamo venuti con due cani di taglia grande e anche loro sono stati benissimo: spazi adeguati e possibilità di vivere la natura a due passi da casa. Nel complesso, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: certo, ci sono margini di miglioramento, ma per ciò che offre e per il costo è davvero perfetto.

Posizione perfetta per godersi a pieno il comprensorio sciistico. Appartamento pulito e con tutti il necessario per il soggiorno.
