Think twice before you book

You can be as loud as you want, as you will be the only residents in whole building. The localization was ok, 5 minute walk to ski lift.

The rooms we were given were old, small, very humid and full of mold. The thermostat was locked and the fourth bed we were given was very uncomfortable. Plates and utensils were dusty and moldy. Other rooms in the building looked much better. The garage where the lockers were located was very cold so boots couldn't dry up.

Very small and humid apartment, not suitable for tall people with convenient access to the skilift.

Location was perfect - just next to the ski lift. Host was very helpful and friendly. He recomended ski rental and restaurant were we got discounts on his behalf.

The beds were 190cm long so for tall people it was not comfortable during nights. It was so humid in the apartment that water was droping from the ceiling, getting inside wardrobes and stayed in the corners. Apartment had small boiler so the 4th person had to wait a while to take a shower before it heated the water.

The shower is very small. The wall outlets were all different and did not always match our plugs/adapters. Bring your own towels and sheets.

The property had great amenities so we could be independent in the apartment. Was also close to the train station which was very helpful. Staff were helpful and friendly and worked to fit in with us. Very easy and enjoyable stay.

Per chi ama la montagna senza troppi fronzoli, qui starai benissimo.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione strategica, l’appartamento piccolino ed essenziale, perfetto per le vacanze. Nostro figlio ha particolarmente apprezzato il letto a castello, non si annoiava mai, trovava sempre qualche gioco da fare. Ci è piaciuta la disponibilità e la gentilezza del gestore.

Unica pecca, che la vacanza sia finita!

se fosse ristrutturato e riammodernato a dovere avrebbe un'ottima potenzialità

la posizione vicino al primo impianto di risalita per Marilleva 1400

appartamento da ristrutturare con bagno che ho dovuto liberare io dalle otturazioni che impedivano lo scolo dell'acqua nei lavandini e nel water. zona notte e zona giorno con letto serpate solo da una parete di armadi a mezza altezza. se si è in 3 o 4 si sentono tutti i rumori. l'appartamento va bene per chi si accontenta di una sistemazione spartana e non ha grandi pretese.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

La posizione, la disponibilità del gestore, appartamento piccolo ma c’era tutto il necessario. Ero titubante per le recensioni negative che segnalavano una temperatura non sufficiente. Al mio arrivo ho trovato un ambiente datato, anche se si notavano interventi di ammodernamento, temperatura giusta (non abbiamo assolutamente sofferto il freddo). Bisogna tenere in questione che si trova in montagna e d’inverno comunque in casa si sta i tuta e abiti caldi e comodi. Ambienti puliti e ben strutturati garantendo privacy e sfruttando al massimo lo spazio. Il fatto di dover fare il letto e disfarlo non mi ha creato nessuno disagio così come il dover portare nei cassonetti la spazzatura, quando si prenota un appartamento mi sembra una condizione ovvia.

Non mi è piaciuta la moquette nella zona del letto matrimoniale, avrei preferito parquet o laminato per garantire una maggiore pulizia garantendo l’isolamento dal pavimento.Le salviette in dotazione le avrei apprezzate di più in spugna . Abbiamo prenotato due appartamenti adiacenti purtroppo uno presentava un forte odore di fumo, nonostante ci fosse il divieto di fumo, ovviamente non è colpa del gestore ma di ospiti maleducati e irrispettosi. E’ risaputo che l’odore di fumo permane per molto tempo nonostante si faccia areare . Dovrebbe esserci la possibilità anche per i gestori di fare recensioni sul comportamento dei clienti.

Sul sito c'era scritto che aveva il balcone, ma no - che c'era il bidet, ma no - che c'era una camera matrimoniale, ma no ... il bagno cieco puzzava di fognatura, il bidet quello sconosciuto, la camera matrimoniale e' stata creata con dei mobili, senza finestra ...

Un’esperienza da dimenticare: alloggio sporco e proprietario scortese, da evitare assolutamente.

La posizione era abbastanza comoda, e la procedura di check-in è stata rapida.

Ho trovato vomito incrostato sulla porta del bagno, materassi macchiati e posate che emanavano un odore sgradevole. L’alloggio era in condizioni pessime e, nonostante abbia chiesto di cambiare appartamento, il proprietario non è stato minimamente collaborativo.

Nasze doświadczenie w apartamencie było wyjątkowo negatywne. Warunki były fatalne – duży problem z wilgocią, a woda na ścianach. Na suficie i ścianach pleśń, co stanowiło poważne zagrożenie dla zdrowia. Prysznic był niepraktyczny, ponieważ brakowało w nim ruchomej deszczownicy, co skutkowało wylewaniem się wody z brodzika. Dodatkowo, w apartamencie unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny. Zdecydowanie odradzamy to miejsce – absolutnie nie polecamy.

Abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di effettuare il check-in oltre orario,e ci stata richiesta una tariffa di 50€ per ogni ora di ritardo. Abbiamo spostato voli auto e impegni lavorativi per poter effettuare il check in nell’orario richiesto dall’host,per poi scoprire che il check in era autonomo. Non si è presentato nessuno per poterci illustrare l’abitazione e chiedere i dati degli ospiti,inoltre anche il check out è stato eseguito in totale autonomia…bagno senza bidet,casa fredda e senza la possibilità di poter impostare la temperatura poiché il termostato è stato bloccato con un lucchetto!
