I will be very direct in this review - the next time I go to Thessaloniki, I am going to stay at this place again. It hits the sweet spot for me: Excellent location, charming building, nice view, comfortable rooms and bed, solid kitchen and bathroom, a host that is a pleasure to communicate with, and a reasonable price. What else would you ask for :)

Sehr große, saubere Unterkunft mit vollständing abdunkelbarem Schlafzimmer und bequemen Bett.

Good location, everything is pretty much within walking distance. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants near to choose from. Couple of grocery stores also, that had almost everything we needed. If I stayed in Thessaloniki again, I would check to see if this place was available.
Elevator small, but not much you can do about that. Could be worse, no elevator, and then you have to haul your stuff up all those stairs.
