Location for Birmingham city was OK. Furnished well and heating was on when we arrived. Towels provided along with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Fairly clean on first inspection.
Cups needed to cleaned before use. Fridge needed cleaning along with patio doors and broken tile by the side door. The front bedroom needs curtains as lights from the crossing flash all night on the walls and ceiling. Could do with a coat rack or hooks somewhere and maybe a chair in the main bedroom. Rules made us feel unwelcome as even received a text at 10pm to remind us of the quiet hours. A bit big brother is watching so didn't feel too relaxed

Property was spacious and across the street from a beautiful park.
The place was not cleaned when we arrived. None of the linen was done and the place was a mess. Fair enough, there was a miscommunication with the cleaner and the property manager was prompt with their response. We had to leave for it to be cleaned. Manager promised to reimburse the cleaning fee but never did. With a few follow ups, I gave up due to no response. Pretty weak. Wasn’t about the money, more the principal.
