Location was fantastic, very close to town centre.
Nice apartment, very roomy, lovely bathroom with separate large bath & shower cubicle
The sound proofing between this and the flat above was non existent. Often the neighbours would be talking and we thought someone was in our flat! If you're a light sleeper you will struggle with this.
There's only 1 parking voucher, I asked if we could have a 2nd but didn't get a reply.
There was no hairdryer - pretty standard in other rentals I've stayed at.
It would be really lovely to provide some cheap basics, as most other rentals do, eg small amount of coffee, tea, milk, salt, pepper, kitchen roll, hand-wash in toilet. There was absolutely nothing in any of the cupboards. These small cheap items would make the stay so much more welcoming.

The flat was perfect for our needs. The flat was cosy and had everything we needed. The double bed was very comfortable, and the curtains made the room nice and dark. The other beds and room were equally comfortable. It was noisy with traffic if you had the window open, but no bother if it was closed. I took stuff for washing up etc but did not need it, because all that was provided. There was even tablets for the dishwasher if you used it. The bathroom was a super size, and the shower was lovely. There was even car-parking available in a nearby church cark park.
Sadly one of the couches in the sitting room has seen better days, and was difficult to get out of because it sank so much. There were times when we could hear the people in the flat above - but it wasn't really that much of a problem. The outside bins were not clearly marked, and we were unsure which ones to use.

Excellent location less than 5 mins walk to market square and 2/3 mins to restaurants. Free private parking directly adjacent to the property is good. Property is modern internally and well equipped.
At the end of the summer season the property is showing signs of 'lick and a promise' cleaning and is in need of a deep clean and some maintenance. Washing machine smells of drains, shower has some black mould and drain does not work.
