Excellent location, didn't use the car at all. Lots of walks, activities, restaurants and shops on the door step. Parking space was an added bonus. Accommodation was very clean with comfortable beds.

Address details didn't take us to the correct location. The entrance to the car park is the turning straight after Greggs for anyone else who books.

The apartment was clean comfortable and well-equipped and in a good location. Access did involve stairs- not a problem for us.

Whilst the apartment itself was great, the customer contact was lacking in some ways. I had a couple of simple questions right from the time of booking which were only answered after I had spent a very long time (on several occasions trying to get through to customer care). I had booked with sykes cottages in the past & had found them friendly & helpful- a contrast with this booking when I couldn't even get a text or email reply to my questions (which were very simple). All I got were automated responses. It seems to me that Sykes have gone too far into automating the business at the expense of the human touch.

Central to town centre, clean, well stocked kitchen and overall very comfortable

4.00 is quite late check in.

After a long tiring drive(8hrs) - It was an relief to walk into an apartment that felt like home- warm, Welcoming and spotlessly clean. Location was amazing- literally within walking distances to shops, cafes and restaurants. We were Grateful for the parking which was located within a dedicated parking area right outside the entrance and walkway was bright and lit up. Thank You for making our trip unforgettable- We will definitely be back.
