Alhambra cinema is a 2 minute walk away. Derwentwater (0.5 miles, Bassenthwaite (3 miles) and magnificent Skiddaw (5 miles) are all close by. Take a boat cruise around scenic Derwentwater, or enjoy the changing views on a walk around the lake. Other Keswick attractions include the town’s famous Pencil Museum or live shows at the Theatre by the Lake. Just 1 mile away, discover the Castlerigg Stone Circle, a remarkable landmark dating back more than 4.500 years. Further afield, Whinlatter Forest (5 miles) has an unmissable Gruffalo Trail, along with cycling and mountain bike trails.
