Location is good. Kitchen is well equipped.
The beds are horrendous. The bed in the main room is an adjustable bed but because of this it squeaks every time you or your partner roll over, each of us were woken several times a night.
Aircon is only in living room and main bedroom so the other rooms were hot, and the outside temperature was under 30°, in peak summer they’ll be gross.
There is no glass in the ensuite shower so the whole room gets wet.
The place is run by en external company so you have to give a lot of personal details prior to staying there and you have to collect keys from a 7 eleven down the street and then drop them off there at the end of your stay.
