Ocean Reef is situated in a prime location along Alabama's beautiful gulf coast and easy walking distance to the center of town.

3BR/2.5BA beach front home has 2 balconies, one off the living room, one off the master bedroom, overlooking the beach and gulf, with staircase leading down to the white sand beach. This fully equipped home has D/W, W/D, 4 TVs (All large Flat Screens)/2 Blueray DVDs, icemaker and all appliances. Parking for 2 cars covered - Permit required ($32/vehicle); Parking pass(es) will be purchased on-site at the guard shack, which is located in front of the pool, after 4pm CT. The parking pass must be purchased with cash only. BBQ area next to gorgeous pool.

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We do not prorate our rates.

Note: parking under the unit may be expandable for small vehicles that can fit under the unit only. Add'l permits (up to 2) are possible purchased onsite by security guard if the small/compact vehicles can fit in the parking area only. Large vehicles/trucks will make add'l parking not possible.
