Wonderful, one bed apartment, with an excellent location, and the perfect host. My flight was delayed by 6 hours and only arrived in Cannes around midnight - the host stayed up to ensure there was no problem getting in.
Facilities within the apartment are great - washing machine, dishwasher, small but perfectly appointed kitchen, large balcony (on the corner).
Three supermarkets of various sizes all within walking distance. 3 mins walk from the front door to the beach. 4 mins to the Martinez Hotel, 15 mins to the Palais or Cannes train Station.
I will stay there again, if its available. Excellent value for money.
The only downside is that there is no air-con - however the owner supplied a decent fan which all that was needed.
