Location in the centre of the old town, perfect. Communication with host/manager very good, even when electricity was out for a short period. washing machine and dryer very helpful. Wifi good and strong.
Lock on patio door not working leaving the apartment accessible to anyone else in the building - this was reported months ago on another review - not good enough should have been fixed. We also had difficulty with the outside door lock on a couple of occasions. Not enough decent mugs for the three occupants. Some cutlery dirty - not usable. Nothing to boil water except saucepan.

Great location in the old town of Panama City, near the plazas and bars and restaurants.
Good sized kitchen and living room area.
Easy accessing the apartment.
The second bedroom is small and quite dark.
The swimming pool is in a different building across the road and so not that accessible.
Not particularly clean ... lots of long dark hairs on the floor and in the shower.

Spacious and quiet, excellent location to explore Casco Viejo. Lots of pillows and comfortable beds, except for the sofa bed, which my 15 year old son slept in . The sofa bed was uncomfortable
Needs new pots and pans in the kitchen. Pans were in poor condition. Sofa bed uncomfortable .

The location was excellent. The apartment was roomy.
The first night there wasn't any hot water. They fixed it later the following day along with the lights in the kitchen and master bedroom which kept flashing like strobe lights, The ceiling fan in the second bedroom can only be used when the light is on, Fan pulls needed.(high ceiling). Decorative
pillow in bedroom has blood or chocolate stain.
