Great location. Good AC and ceiling fan. Nice pool on rooftop. Comfortable bed. Large refrigerator. Clothes washer. Television with Netflix streaming.
Cleanliness was in need of attention. Hair found in numerous places. Shower in downstairs bath missing half of glass door and never got hot water. Kitchen in dire need of care - broken cabinet door, filthy cooking utensils, only one cooking pot, dirty sink. Ceiling fan only worked with light on so couldn't use at night. Pool closed at 6pm, far too early.

Die Unterkunft ist an Top- Lage mitten im lebendigen Zentrum von Casco Viejo. Fussläufig ist alles erreichbar. Wir waren über Ostern da, und die Osterprozessionen konnten wir teils direkt vom Balkon verfolgen. Einmal auch nachts, das war ein sehr spezielles und einmaliges Erlebnis. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Kommunikation via whatsapp, self check-in, Bezahlung vorab via Bezahl- link (ist in Panama so üblich, habe booking und auch die Unterkunft vorher kontaktiert, da ich unsicher war, ob der link seriös ist).
Es war leider schmuddelig und staubig, Haare in der Dusche und am Boden, fliegende Insekten im oberen Badezimmer. Preis- Leistung daher nicht angemessen. Ich würde die Unterkunft deshalb nicht mehr buchen.
Für nicht mobile Gäste nicht geeignet, da kein Lift.

O quarto é muito estiloso um imóvel histórico que passou por modernização e retrofit
Dois andares altos sem elevador. O quarto tem uma abertura por onde passa a luz e não fica escuro. A água quente demora pra chegar e quando chega não tem pressão nenhuma. O prédio do governo que tem em frente liga um gerador bem na porta o que produz um barulho ensurdecedor o tempo inteiro. Finalmente avalio que o valor cobrado é de 5 estrelas e o nível da hospedagem não chega a 3
$$$$
