The location cannot be beaten. The unique architecture. Large space for one! Helpful hosts. Clean apartment.

We really liked the location. There were several places to eat and shop within walking distance. The exterior of the building was very pretty. It was nice to be so close to everything that Casco Viejo has to offer.
The biggest issue was pool access. I thought it was part of the building we were staying in. It was disappointing to find that it was a block away. We went one time and it felt like we were intruding. One of the doors to a unit was open and a man was sleeping on the bed. It was just weird and uninviting. We were banking on the pool for our daughter; it was a major disappointment not to use it. I couldn’t get her to put a toe in the pool. Second, I missed comforts of home: Kleenex tissues, a private and enclosed bathroom, central air, a key pad or extra set of keys so we could split up, safety railings.
