The place is spacious and has so many places to hang out – a living room, an area above, and a nicely organised kitchen, with coffee <3, and cool TV options, also was touching the maps and guides options. We felt like we were at our own home and also taken care of by our host.
The outside area for the trash under the stairs – there were many noises during the night, and it's next to the bedroom, so it was tough to sleep at night. The bathroom had the damaged lock, so the door wouldn't close, and the ventilation system was very noisy, and you needed to remember to turn it on and off each time.

Шум со всех сторон с раннего утра до ~обеда, первые дни было невозможно спать из-за ремонтных работ по соседству.

The location was great!
The ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen were quite low, which felt uncomfortable. The main issue, however, was that the laundry room next to the bedroom had a fiberglass ceiling. During the night, water kept dripping onto it, creating a constant noise that made it very difficult to sleep.
