18 Hartington, Aldeburgh

Location was fabulous - just a short walk into town - with easy parking in the road outside. Hosts were easy to deal with and helpful and property easy to access. The property itself was spacious and perfect for our group of 7 (would accommodate an 8th person with a pull-out bed). It was comfortable and well-equipped, the 2 showers were good and a 3rd toilet downstairs was useful. The hosts were happy for heating to be adjusted if necessary and provided logs for the fires (although we didn't use these). Overall very happy with this house.

The wardrobes and bedroom furniture was rather basic but still serviceable, but the beds were very comfortable.

It is a lovely house and garden. Well equipped with plenty of space. It is spotless

One of the beds is super uncomfortable

Great amount of space for family weekend away. Close to town and seafront. Plenty of on street parking outside house.

The decor and furniture was tired and dirty, carpets and furniture could do with a deep clean. Considering it's managed by a company I would have thought it would have been a priority.

Great location

The property was in desperate need of a deep clean - the carpets were very badly stained and smelt! Fridge was rusty and had no handle. Garden was neglected table splintered and some chairs unravelling ! Many cobwebs drawers full of crumbs ! Just felt it hadn't been cleaned very well!
