It is a lovely house and garden. Well equipped with plenty of space. It is spotless

Great amount of space for family weekend away. Close to town and seafront. Plenty of on street parking outside house.

The decor and furniture was tired and dirty, carpets and furniture could do with a deep clean. Considering it's managed by a company I would have thought it would have been a priority.

Great location, decent sized house for 7 people. Big kitchen and dinning area, with a bonus laundry room and a 3rd toilet. Lovely Christmas tree and hamper for us.

Unfortunatley one of the beds was not made up, and being a 9pm arrival, the middle of winter, sheets but no quilt this meant someone spent the first night without. Whilst a quilt was promtply delivered the next day, no additional blankets could be located for us. The heating was great on the groud floor, but not great in the rooms. Some work could be done to fix up the house - a lick of paint and some double glazed windows or fixing the rattling windows, as many business cards and papers had been used by us and past guests to try and stop the rattling. Apart from that we had a wonderful time, thank you.

Great location

The property was in desperate need of a deep clean - the carpets were very badly stained and smelt! Fridge was rusty and had no handle. Garden was neglected table splintered and some chairs unravelling ! Many cobwebs drawers full of crumbs ! Just felt it hadn't been cleaned very well!
