We loved our stay, the Lodge is modern, clean and homely. The beds were comftable and cosy making sure we all slept well. Internet connection was excellent which helps with all the families devices been used. Netflix, amazon prime there to use which allows cosy family films after a day of adventuring.
Location was a short drive from Windermere, walking distance to complete different hikes.
On site pub, park and fabulous large enclosed dog field.

The property was excellent, the park was very nice
I don't expect to be asked to strip beds etc , this is not an air bnb
