Lovely clean, spacious property with all the amenities you could wish for, in an excellent location. Conveniently placed for walks to both Ambleside and Windermere. Having 2 bathrooms is ideal for 4 occupants, lots of outside seating. The park has a small convenience store and a bar/restaurant, great place for a holiday/break.

An absolute gem of a lodge in the Lake District, perfect location and the most beautiful accommodation throughout. Stunningly decorated, amazingly well stocked and catered for from inside to the huge outside terrace. You couldn't want for more. Super clean and great communication with the owners. We had fantastic weather and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much. We will return for sure. 😍😍

We loved our stay, the Lodge is modern, clean and homely. The beds were comftable and cosy making sure we all slept well. Internet connection was excellent which helps with all the families devices been used. Netflix, amazon prime there to use which allows cosy family films after a day of adventuring. Location was a short drive from Windermere, walking distance to complete different hikes. On site pub, park and fabulous large enclosed dog field.
