Amazing villa, extremely helpful host, would recommend!

The location has the best view of the whole of Budva with an infinity pool overlooking everything. At the top of the hill you have privacy and no cars or tourists walking by the villa. The host was amazing, helping us to organize every taxi, drinks, pizza delivery - he went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you!

Best place to stay in Budva

Best view any of us have ever seen from a villa. Villa owner Matija is also the best host ever had - super friendly, easy going and will help out however he can (e.g. booking cheap taxis, shops etc). The bedrooms and facilities generally were great too, including the amazing infinity pool

The road up is very steep (hence the amazing view) and isn’t walkable so taxis are normally required which is fine, but make sure you book through Matija to ensure you don’t pay over the odds

An incredible villa in a perfect location with an incredible host.

The villa was stunning set high on the hill with amazing views over the marina. The infinity pool was a proper highlight, and the space was perfect for a group of 10. Matthias, the host, looked after us really well from start to finish, couldn’t have asked for more.

Honestly, nothing major everything was smooth. Just be aware it’s up a hill, so taxis are the way to go after a long day.

A spectacular stay in every respect

Viewpoint Villa is perhaps the best place to stay in Budva, if not the entire region. Rooms were spotless, comfortable and fully equipped, with kitchens, BBQ, a lovely pool and lots of social space. And the view is absolutely incredible - the photos really do not do it justice. However, the true star of the property was the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He provided lifts, helped to book taxis, took us to the supermarket and more. Just an incredible stay that I would take again in a heartbeat. I hope very soon to return to Viewpoint Villa.

Excellent views, best host

We loved everything about this villa, the location, the view, everything was perfect. Our host Mathew was the best. He is so dedicated to keeping his guests satisfied at all times. He helped us get food, groceries, taxis, and everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back again and again.

Best view in Budva

Views from pool and deck are best in Budva, we loved our time eating, drinking and swimming together. Pool and outside entertainment area are beautiful. House is very comfortable and well appointed, particularly the main bedrooms. Matijas our host was first class, very happy to help with anything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Location close by old town and beach front is excellent. Of course the great views come from being up high on the hill, so a short taxi ride up was the easiest way to get home, but the walk down the hill was easy.

The house is very new so a few little things needed fixing / attending to, but Matijas our host (very attentive and thoughtful!) was only too happy to help right away with these.
