Nice and neat looking but actually very dirty and would not like to stay there again.

The interior design was nice. The apartment was not the cleanest but it looked neat.

We were happy until we saw the bed was filled with bed bugs ! We had so many bites on our body. The sheets were not clean either.

The apartment is perfect! I mean, my kids insist now that we have to renovate our home to look like this flat. It is fully functional, clean and quiet, too! I can't imagine what more you could ask for. For the price we've paid (and it wasn't low for us), it was a steal!

Nothing to say here. Maybe how to get to the location - from the train station's exit keep straightforward walking over the bridge and at the second huge building on the right look after "liya ongles" to get to the entrance. We had troubles to find the place, but it was our culprit - we've arrived earlier and we didn't pay attention - we knew that we have time to fool around.

мне не понравилось абсолютно ничего, только что там была большая просторная квартира .

Если вы хотите испортить себе отдых , тогда вам в эту квартиру. По заезду мы предупредили хозяина что нас будет много и попросили полотенца чистые. Когда мы зашли в квартиру мы были в шоке , в ванной лежала гора грязного белья , вся кухня была в жире, кучу пыли, полотенец чистых не было, пылесос стоял забитым . Хозяйка в свою очередь сказала все хорошо и там убирали . не рекомендую там жить !

Apartamento estupendo , cómodo y completo.

El apartamento está estupendo, limpio, con muchas sábanas de recambio, grandes ventanas,bien ventilado, facil acceso, la cama muy cómoda y el sofá cama también, tambien tiene productos de limpieza y eso es un buen punto.

La única pega que pondria sería que no había toallas de baño.

Apartamento T1 bom estado, cama confortável, wi fi ótimo, localização.

LIMPEZA; casa de banho estava sujo e tinha roupas de camas sujas em sacos dentro da casa de banho, azulejos da casa de banho sujos e banheira com resto de sabonetes de antigos hóspedes, muita poeira e as roupas de camas amassadas, parecem que foram lavadas e colocadas na cama. Cozinha tbem limpeza a desejar. Limpeza nota 0.

Die Lage war gut und der Zugang zur Wohnung unkompliziert.

Der Weg zum Gebäude war unkompliziert aber, um reinzukommen mussten wir warten, bis jemand die Tür geöffnet hat, weil der Chip nicht funktionierte. Das WC war nicht sauber, ich musste es noch mit der Bürste putzen. Das Geschirr war auch nicht komplett sauber. Im Bad lag eine große Tasche mit schmutzigen Wäsche drin. Dass, kein Handtuch am Waschbecken im Bad war fand ich unangenehm.

Emplacement de l'appartement lumineux agréable et facile, tous les commerces sont accessibles et disponibles même le dimanche, facilité des transports en communs, quartier vivant et agréable aux portes de Paris.

La saleté des couvertures, couettes, draps et oreillés, tachés, poussière et cheveux partout, le canapé lit est une catastrophe, les cafards sur les oreillés, les rats partout en bas de l'immeuble, les portes fenêtres donnant dans le vide vue du 5eme étage très dangereux pour les enfants. Il n'y a personne pour vous recevoir à l'arrivé nous devons attendre que quelqu'un sorte de l'immeuble pour accéder la première fois à l'appartement... Bruyant 24/24h et parking payant 1,80e de l'heure avec horaires définis 8h-22h autrement véhicule bloqué et impossible de se garer à proximité.
