Great value, comfortable beds, nice touches with welcome chocolates, and good location if wanting balance access to Volcano National Park and the ocean.

The location is excellent for anything you would want to do in the Hilo area. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks with walking trails & nature, and also 30 minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park entrance. Unfortunately, Coconut Island Beach was closed due the access bridge being damaged by construction equipment. On-site covered parking was a plus, as was access to a laundry area. 3 bedrooms plus a daybed, and 1 full bath plus a half bath gave plenty of space. Jade was able to accommodate our late check-out request. Overall, an excellent experience, and we hope to return soon!

It's close to the airport and it's convenient to eat and shop.

The property is spacious and amenities are good
bed is too soft and "air conditioning" is by a portable air conditioner, which is quite noisy
