The hotel is on the lower side of the main streets where you can find shops and restaurants. Its also about 10 minutes walk to the caldera look out and to the main bus station. The hotel is new, clean and in a quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. It has airconditioning and heating system. The hot shower works well. Wifi has good signal. They have a small swimming pool for guests. Amenities are very minimal. I got two small bottle of shampoo and shower gel. The beds are comfortable. They have a safe for valuables in the room but you have to ask for the key from the front desk. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the stay despite the challenge of walking up and down the hill to go to the main center of the city. I will surely stay in this hotel again.

The Delux was a fantastic hotel. It is very modern and clean. The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is close to everything and the staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here.
