The staff is extremely supportive, warm, welcoming and readily available to provide anything that is needed. Especially Angela and Andreas.

Multiple plugs/sockets for travellers outside of Europe who don't have same plugs in electronic devices.

Cost, service, and cleanliness

Location (even though it is very close to downtown Fira 5-7 mins walk) but still need good fitness as you need to go up the hill but overall amazing location but not the best

I really liked the lady who welcomed us, always with a smile on her face and ready to answer all our questions. The cleaning lady was also very kind and attentive! The pool was clean, the hotel looked very aesthetic (great for photos) and the room was very nice and large. The Hotel is in the center, just 7 minutes from the bus station - which is a great advantage!

The BIGGEST disappointment for us was the BREAKFAST and the smell in the room. We already knew before arriving that it wouldn’t be very generous because we had read the reviews and saw that everyone was complaining about it.. but I didn’t expect it to be this BAD!!!! It is unacceptable to be given only 4 food options: ham, eggs, cheese, and cheese, to have coffee from a very old and dirty machine?! On such a beautiful and luxurious island? Not even a proper selection of fruits, or yogurt? The pastries were dropped on the floor, with hair in them!! Disgusting! PLEASE, you really need to do something about the breakfast because it truly ruins the vacation and undermines the entire quality of the hotel, it's such a pity.. No matter how much I liked the hotel, for me it only deserves a 6star/10 because of this, which is sad considering you don’t seem to take into account any of the reviews here..
