The staff was very friendly and helpful from arranging transportation from port to hotel to a tour that included several areas of the island. They always offered coffee or tea while sitting in lobby area and stored our luggage until we headed out to airport.
It would be helpful to know prior to arrival if room request has been honored rather than taking a chance of getting a double when you prefer twins.

The location is perfect for being in the town of Fira, close to EVERYTHING, proximity to the airport, and a short bus trip to the beach.
All was great at such a great price!
