Excellent location in the centre of Fira but tucked away so really peaceful.
All the staff were fantastic and really helpful any time of day or night

The staff were amazing! I have been to many hotels in my life and this was the best I have ever been treated! Mohammed is very kind, always offering to make coffee. Lefteris is also very kind and helps organize your stay. Popi was also very informative and helpful upon arrival. They offer transport to and from the airport for a fee, which is definitely worth it. In addition, they also offered a tour for a few, which was also worth it. They offer to take care of suitcases and have an excellent public restroom and a nice pool.

We were made to feel very welcome from the start, the beds were very comfortable, air con was easy to work, shutters on the windows meant we were able to get a good sleep, swimming pool was lovely and it was all at a good price
Everything was great, but if I'm trying to find something to improve, it would have been great to be able to pull some shade over the pool area.
