    This hotel is a scam with unprofessional people working at the reception who try to make you accept a much smaller room at a lower category when you have clearly booked the best room category they have on the property. When you catch them at their lie, they behave even more unprofessionally when they grudgingly change your room to the one you booked. Nobody wants to start their vacation having to claim their rights to the room they booked instead of a warm welcome. There were these red spiders/bugs all over the bath tub. It was like camping and not anywhere close to clean hotel premises. I couldn’t get proper sleep after discovering these bugs in the bathroom. I was worried if the beds were clean and safe. They have a kettle to boil water but no cups or spoons, let alone tea or coffee sachets. I can try to understand them being cheapskates who do not want to provide complimentary tea or coffee to their guests but to refuse cups is downright ridiculous, especially since they have restaurants and cafés on the premises. This hotel is too far from Rome for anyone to waste 1.5 hours up and down on the bus each way to visit central Rome. This is not a neighbourhood that has any conveniences around, let alone a pleasant place to stay. The hotel has the sole coffee shop, pharmacy and restaurant in that place. So they behave more like some bully when they don’t provide you with a coffee cup in your room and force you to drink their coffee/tea as you literally have no other choice. It is a ridiculous poorly managed hotel. Avoid this property for a better stay in Rome during your visit. I do not recommend this neighbourhood at all for women travellers. You will be safer if you don’t choose a hotel beyond the Vatican City in southern Rome. I hope Agoda removes this hotel from their list as the property doesn’t respect the room category booked and tries to push off their lower category rooms despite paying already for the superior deluxe rooms.
